When will my order be delivered?
If you have placed your order before 6 pm, we aim to deliver it the following day. No delivery takes place on Sundays and Mondays and you can only expect your order on Tuesday. You can see and adjust the delivery time on the website before you place an order. We strive to meet the chosen delivery time, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. If your order consists of more than one shipment, these two or more boxes may not be delivered at the same time.
How does free delivery work?
Costs may be charged for the delivery of your order. These costs depend on the amount of your order. BeerstoreXL charges € 7.95 shipping costs for orders for a full box. A full box consists of the following parts:
– 16 bottles and / or cans
– A beer machine (SUB, SUB Compact or MiniBrew)
– 8 SUB 2L Barrels
– 2 x 5L barrels
– 1 discount package or beer package
If a box is not completely filled, BeerstoreXL applies delivery costs of € 7.95. This is indicated in your shopping cart, during the ordering process and in the confirmation email.
How do I know if I have a full box?
While filling your shopping basket you will see visually how many bottles or SUB Barrels you can still add for free shipping. If you add more than 16 bottles or 8 SUB Barrels to your order, the filling of a box starts again and you pay € 7.95 postage until the second box is also full.
Can I combine bottles and SUB Barrels for free shipping?
Unfortunately it is not possible to combine bottles and SUB Barrels for free shipping because a different type of box is used to safely transport the bottles and barrels.
Can I choose a different delivery time?
During the ordering process you can choose to deliver your order on a different day. You can use this to choose a delivery time up to two weeks in the future. We recommend that you choose a delivery date as close as possible. Due to crowds, it may be that a delivery date is no longer available, this cannot be selected in the check-out.
I am often not at home during the day, can my order be delivered in the evening?
Yes! It is possible to choose a delivery slot in the evening for your order. Your order will then be delivered between 5:30 PM and 9:30 PM. During the ordering process, choose an evening delivery by clicking on “change” next to the selected delivery time. If there is no “change” next to it, it is unfortunately not possible to schedule an evening delivery for that delivery address. Unfortunately, evening delivery is not possible on Saturday.
How can I track my order?
In the night before delivery you will receive an email from us and from DHL with your Track & Trace link. With this you can easily follow your delivery and make adjustments, such as a different delivery date or selecting a delivery at the neighbors. Your order will then be delivered by DHL.
I made a mistake with the delivery address! Can I still change this?
In general it is not possible to adjust the delivery address after placing the order. This has to do with the fact that the warehouse starts collecting your order as quickly as possible in order to be able to send it on time for you. Therefore always check which address you enter. If you notice that you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible on +3158-2700070 (Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.). If your orders have not yet been processed by the warehouse, we can sometimes pass on a change.
Someone younger than 18 is at home, can he take my order?
We understand that it is sometimes difficult to plan to be home at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, BeerstoreXL cannot and does not want to sell and deliver alcohol to people under the age of 18. We have built in various age controls in the ordering process. To ensure that our products are handed over to an adult (and therefore act in accordance with legislation and regulations), the delivery person can inquire about the age and ask for identification. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to our warehouse. In that case, contact customer service.
I have ordered a product that does not contain alcohol, can my minor child accept it?
We understand the question! However, it has been decided to set the same rules for all orders, so that no confusion and mistakes can be made.
Help! DHL came by but I was not at home, what now?
If no one is at home, or if no adult can receive the products, the delivery person will take the package back and put a DHL card in your mailbox. It states whether we could have delivered your package to your neighbors. If that is not the case, then you can choose one of the following delivery options using your zip code and the delivery code on the DHL card on the DHL website:
We deliver our products from the Dutch webshop in the Netherlands. For deliveries in Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, France or the other countries where BeerstoreXL is active, you can visit the corresponding web shops by selecting the relevant country in the navigation of the website.
I order for a company, can I deduct the VAT?
Via our webshop you can indicate whether it is sent to a company or to a home address. Here you can enter the name of the company so that DHL can find the location more easily. Almost all of our products charge 21% VAT and are also mentioned separately on the invoice. For beers that contain no or little alcohol (0.5% and lower), 9% VAT is charged.
The billing address is incorrect, can I change this?

I ordered something, but I would still like to send it back, how does that work?
If you want to cancel your purchase with or without a reason, you must let us know within 30 days of placing the order.
We prefer that you send us a message via our contact form or that you contact our customer service on +3158-2700070 (Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.). We request that you always state the order number. That order number is stated in the confirmation email of your order. Returns without prior contact will not be processed.

In order to subsequently return the products, we ask you to use the DHL return portal. You can register your return shipment on the return portal (for the last questions: for the weight you can enter 10kg and the package is smaller than the suggested dimensions. The reference are the digits of your order number. So please enter the 10 digits after the letters PO – for example the order number is PO1234567890, enter 1234567890 for reference).
You will then receive a return label by e-mail. You must print the return label and stick it on the package.
Before you send the package back, you must download, print and complete the model form for withdrawal. Then you also put it in the box, so that the package can be easily identified when you return to our warehouse.
You can also use the European model withdrawal form to let us know that you are canceling the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
You can then deliver the package to a DHL Parcel Shop in your area. For a DHL Parcel Shop in your area, look at DHL Service Points. Keep the confirmation of delivery of the package itself well until you have the money back in your account.

You must return the products within 14 days of your cancellation notice of the purchase. We will refund the price you paid for the products together with any shipping costs you have paid to receive the products. The costs of the return shipment via the DHL Parcel Shop are for our account. Of course you can also return the products through another carrier, then the costs are for yourself.

Conditions return shipments
All returned beers must be in fully salable condition, with the exception of beers that have been accidentally delivered damaged. If the beers you return have become less valuable due to unnecessary use or in the event of damage, we may withhold a compensation for this damage from the amount that we will refund to you. For the SUB it is important that it is in unused and unopened packaging. If it appears that the SUB has been open or has been used, BeerstoreXL has the right to charge you a value reduction. This value reduction can amount to 100 percent.
We will refund the relevant amounts as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after you have indicated that you want to cancel the purchase with the same payment method that you used to pay for the order. However, we can postpone reimbursement until we have received the products or (if earlier) we have received proof of return from you.
The right of withdrawal, as described above, also applies to the subscriptions offered by us.
